I would not give River Valley 5 stars, and find it interesting that all the 5 star ratings were made by staff. Shameful way to promote.
Kerry Long PA-C is the absolute worst provider ever! First off she doesn't listen to you, she talks down to you, she will look at her assistant and role her eyes when you are talking and she knows nothing about chronic pain. Basically she treats you like poor white trash. And she has absolutely no class. Proud to say that I fired her today. She actually insinuated that I should buy drugs off of the street for my severe chronic pain condition. Also she is incapable of handling more than one problem at a time.
After experiencing several medical issues, and not wanting to be managed by drugs alone, my provider has worked through multiple levels and has not left any stone un-turned to come to a positive conclusion. Hoping to heal and be "normal" again soon...without the dedication and knowledge of my River Valley medical provider I would still be feeling awful.
My experience with River Valley was extremely positive. My provider took excellent care of me, was very professional, and listened attentively to my concerns. I recommend River Valley for everyone and their family.
